More SBIR/STTR matching funds awarded to KY start-ups
More than two dozen Kentucky start-ups have been awarded $6 million in matching funds in a special state initiative. The program matches all or part of the funding the start-ups received through the federal Small Business Innovation Research and Small Business Technology Transfer programs. Since its launch in 2006, the program has awarded $43 million to 90 companies.
