SBA launches another “Accelerator Growth Fund” competition
The U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) has announced the allocation of $4 million for another “Accelerator Growth Fund” competition. The program provides $50,000 to winners. Eligible entities include accelerators, incubators, co-working start-up communities, and shared tinker-spaces.
In its announcement, SBA says it is particularly interested in filling geographic gaps in the accelerator and entrepreneurial ecosystem space. The Cumberland Business Accelerator in Crossville and Rocket Hatch in Huntsville were winners in the 2014 competition.
The application deadline is June 1. More information can be found by clicking here.
