“Rugged Entrepreneur,” business partner add another landmark to their stable

Johnson City’s “Rugged Entrepreneur” is at it again, joining with Stephen Callahan to purchase a vacant historic building in Jonesborough that formerly housed the Parson’s Table.

According to this article from the Johnson City Press, Callahan and Scott Andrew, aka the “Rugged Entrepreneur,” said work on renovating the building isn’t likely to begin in earnest until next summer. That because the duo are working to finish a series of projects along West Walnut Street in Johnson City, including the Tennessee Hills Brewstillery, which is scheduled to open next month in the former JRH Brewing building.
