PYA’s internally-produced “Glow | The 490 BioTech Story” documentary wins two “Telly Awards”

PYA, the power behind teknovation.biz, received two “Telly Awards” for its documentary produced for 490 BioTech, the inaugural winner of the PYA-sponsored “Ballard Innovation Award.”

Titled “Glow | The 490 BioTech Story,” the documentary was premiered at the 2021 “Startup Day” in Knoxville. Winning a “Telly” is considered the world’s largest honor recognizing excellence in video and television content across all screens. As described in this news release, the competition received more than 11,000 entries from across the globe. PYA’s received a Silver Telly for “Non-Broadcast Documentary: Individual” and a Bronze Telly in the category for “Branded Content: Science and Technology.”

“As a firm, PYA wanted to think more innovatively about our services. We turned to video to give our clients a more creative and visual way to tell their stories,” said Marty Brown, PYA President and Chief Executive Officer. “Having our efforts recognized by ‘The Telly Awards’ is a testament to the hard work of our staff and the passion our clients have for the work they do.”

“Glow | The 490 BioTech Story” is a documentary PYA’s marketing team, led by Video Producer Trevor Davis and Media Technologist Matthew Lennon, produced for 490 BioTech. The recognition underscores the expertise of the in-house team at PYA that provides video services to help clients with visual storytelling through dynamic visuals, interviews, graphics, and more.

490 BioTech is focused on changing the way pharmaceutical drug testing is done.
