Pro2Serve names Browder, DeGraff to new positions
The Board of Directors of Professional Project Services Inc., better known locally as Pro2Serve, has announced the appointment of Sherry Browder as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and President of the company and Mark DeGraff as Chief Development Officer. Both appointments are effective.
In her combined role – she was named President last July, Browder (pictured right) will be responsible for managing Pro2Serve’s offices, subsidiaries, contracts, and staff nationwide for the national security engineering and information solutions firm. She has more than 30 years of experience working for the government and government contractors. She also serves on a number of community and professional organizations’ boards.
DeGraff (pictured left) will be responsible for leading new business pursuits and business development support functions. He has more than 40 years of government contractor experience and has held key leadership roles with Pro2Serve over the past 20 years.
Both individuals will report to the Pro2Serve Board of Directors.

Pro2Serve is one of the local success stories coming out of the now defunct Technology 2020 incubator. Goss shared with us the history of the company in a two-part series (Part 1 and Part 2) that we published in September 2012, about eight months after launching teknovation.biz. He stepped away from the CEO role last October when he became non-executive Chair.
