PitchBook says dollar investments in agtech grew by 58 percent last year
PitchBook has issued its “2021 Annual AgTech Report,” and one of the key findings is that deal flow value in 2021 increased by 58 percent. Venture capital firms invested $10.5 billion across 751 deals in agtech start-ups in 2021. Helping drive the growth are innovative technologies that promise financial, social and environmental returns.
