
“Pitch for Good: Pandemic Edition” announced by Nashville EC, Launch Tennessee
With sponsorship from Launch Tennessee, the Nashville Entrepreneur Center has announced a virtual pitch competition for entrepreneurs building solutions addressing COVID-19’s effect on individuals, communities, and economies.
The “Pitch for Good: Pandemic Edition” event, set for 1 to 2 p.m. CDT/ 2 to 3 p.m. EDT May 12, will feature three competitors in each of three categories who are selected after submitting applications. The three stages are: “Just an idea” (pre-revenue); “Idea in motion” (less than $25,000 in revenue); and “Up and running” ($25,000 or more in revenue).
Any Tennessee-based entrepreneur can apply. Solutions must either address challenges related to COVID or shed light on the social aspect of this crisis. Deadline to submit ideas which includes a one-minute video and how prize monies would be used is 11:59 p.m. CDT this Wednesday (May 6). Here’s the link to do so.
