P&G donation good example of corporate support for start-ups
We frequently talk about the importance of corporate support for start-ups, and here’s a good example, albeit from a state to our north.
Proctor & Gamble has donated $1,000,000 to the Minority Business Accelerator, a program from the Cincinnati USA Regional Chamber. According to the announcement, the accelerator aims to increase regional minority business spending by more than $2 billion and create 7,000 new jobs by the end of 2022. P&G spends around $2.5 billion each year with suppliers owned by minority business owners.
