Noah Smith pitching Eco Rust at today’s YEA! semi-finals
Noah Smith of Eco Rust, winner of the Knoxville Chamber’s inaugural Young Entrepreneurs Academy (YEA!), will be pitching his company later today during the eighth annual Saunders Scholars Competition in Rochester, NY. He is one of 120 finalists from 90 YEA! locations, representing 33 states, that will present their business plans to a panel of judges.
The event is being held at the Rochester Institute of Technology. Students from the Northwest and Southwest regions will pitch their ideas from 12:30 to 3 p.m., while those from Northeast and Southeast regions are slated to do their presentation between 5:30 and 8 p.m.
