New SSBCI authorization among innovation-related measures in “American Rescue Plan Act”
The State Science and Technology Institute, better known as SSTI, summarized the impact of the $1.9 trillion “American Rescue Plan Act” on innovation in this recent post. Of particular note is a provision that creates a $10 billion new authorization for SSBCI, but there are several significant differences from the program that was first created and funded in 2010.
