New report from UNC’s Kenan Institute examines business case for DEI
The Kenan Institute of Private Enterprise is a s a nonpartisan business policy think tank affiliated with the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. In one of its latest “Kenan Insight” reports, three individuals examine the business case for diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) efforts, using the private equity industry as a specific case for addressing challenges that face a broad range of companies.
