New playbook issued to address evolving workforce needs
“A New Path Forward: Place-Based Solutions for a Stronger Workforce Ecosystem” is the title of a new playbook created by Accelerator for America with funding from the Kauffman Foundation.
The main conclusion is the belief that America’s current system of training, preparation, and matching workers with jobs has failed to evolve with the changing nature of work. The playbook is designed to provide local leaders and stakeholders with recommendations for, and examples of, successful workforce development programs from across the country.
