New Indiana accelerator focused on small manufacturing operations
The Workbench – Fort Wayne is a new manufacturing accelerator that has just launched in the Indiana city that its Founder says is in response to the need for more support for advanced manufacturing, particularly small manufacturing operations.
If everything goes as planned, The Workbench will work to start 20 companies during its first year of operation, help 10 of those companies bring a product to market, and launch an accelerator curriculum called The Factorium in 2020. You can read more about the fledgling initiative here.
