New app to help event staffing company ensure health of employees
A large regional event staffing company in Charlotte has elected to use a new health status app to help its employees return to work safely.
Called “Evident Health Status” and just rolled-out recently, the app is fully encrypted and requires user consent to protect employee privacy and serves three main purposes:
- Allow employers to communicate daily with employees to asses any symptoms;
- Access authoritative medical data to assist in decision-making; and
- Use risk scoring based on that data to ensure employees are safe to come to work.
