New 200-acre life science campus named The Yield under development in NC
The Research Triangle area of North Carolina is known for its life science sector, and a new 200-acre development is only adding to that reputation. Named The Yield, it is located in the Holly Springs community in Wake County and is focused on biomanufacturing, office, office, and lab spaces with retail amenities.
- The first phase of development includes two 105,000 sq. ft. biomanufacturing buildings and 52,000 square feet of lab and office space.
- The second phase offers the ultimate flexibility, with the certainty of a timeline. Initially planned for 10 buildings and up to 2 million square feet.
