“National SBIR Week” set for July 19-23
The Small Business Innovation Research (SBIR) program and its sibling – the Small Business Technology Transfer (STTR) program are planning a celebration in a couple of weeks.
It’s the 2021 “National SBIR Week,” a virtual event connecting entrepreneurs working on advanced technologies to the country’s largest source of early stage funding. Also known as America’s Seed Fund, the SBIR and STTR programs provide more than $4 billion in funding to small businesses each year in a wide variety of technology areas.
This weeklong event, beginning at 11 a.m. EDT July 19, will feature a variety of live streaming panels and presentations with participating federal agencies that administer more than 7,000 new awards annually. Click here to see the agenda for the five days and here to register.
