Nashville’s Decode Health names eight-member Strategic Advisory Board
Decode Health, a Nashville-based predictive analytics company focused on early identification of healthcare risk from both chronic diseases and COVID-19, yesterday announced the launch of its Strategic Advisory Board, a group of eight professionals with extensive technical, clinical and business experience in healthcare and related industries.
The group is chaired by Alan Spiro who has his own consulting firm and is a former Senior Vice President of Strategy and Growth and Chief Medical Officer at Blue Health Intelligence, an independent licensee of the Blue Cross and Blue Shield Association. Other Board members include:
- Lauren Bell, Founder and Managing Director of LaCire, a firm that provides operations consulting and strategy development for companies experiencing growth;
- Amy Gleason, a senior staffer with the United States Digital Service at the White House;
- Don Hardison, President, Chief Executive Officer( CEO) and Director of Biotheranostics, Inc. in San Diego;
- Anika Heavener, Executive Director of the Enterprise Data & Digital Health Program at Mass General Brigham;
- Jeff Pate, Chief Development Officer of PYA, the power behind teknovation.biz;
- Jean Rush who, among other roles, served as CEO and Plan President of Kentucky Spirit, a start-up health plan, and as the President of CIGNA Government Services; and
- John Singer, a consulting firm leader who previously served as Chief Strategy Officer – Healthcare for Cognizant Technology Solutions and global head of health market strategy, innovation and technology for Wipro.
