Nashville Entrepreneur Center announces 37 participants in two different cohorts

Seventeen companies comprise the Project Healthcare group, while 20 are part of the InFlight program.

The Nashville Entrepreneur Center (NEC), a nonprofit helping to drive Nashville’s economy by increasing the likelihood of success for entrepreneurs, has announced participants in cohorts for two of its more well-known programs. One is Project Healthcare, the other is the InFlight program.

Now entering its seventh year, Project Healthcare, led by Chairman Eric Thrailkill, continues to forge influential connections, cementing its mission to develop the ecosystem in support of founders and entrepreneurs of healthcare services and healthtech companies. It is a six-month experience that ends June 28. InFlight, which runs for five months, is led by Entrepreneurs-In-Residence Beth Chase, Founder of c3/consulting, and Katherine McElroy, Partner at c3/consulting, who have experience guiding Fortune 500 and private equity teams in an array of industries including healthcare, financial services, supply chain/logistics, and technology.

Seventeen companies comprise the latest Project Healthcare cohort, and six call Tennessee home. They are:

  • CareCrown of Hendersonville is described as a staff performance, employee recognition and rewards management app for personal support home care that uses game mechanics to reward employees.
  • Geeq of Nashville offers a secure blockchain technology introducing resilience to healthcare and supply chain systems. Apps can access continuously updated, synchronized, and auditable data.
  • Med Teams of Knoxville helps healthcare operational managers efficiently schedule their employees across multiple sites.
  • MindWise Health of Brentwood offers a comprehensive and customizable mental and behavioral health platform, enhancing provider and patient experience with features like telehealth capabilities, patient tracking, and minimized administrative tasks.
  • Thanzius of Memphis is developing software that helps clinicians identify who will develop hypertensive disorders during pregnancy, even before symptoms appear.
  • Whitecoat Technologies of Franklin streamlines healthcare education and management with a single, simple, digital platform.

The other 11 are from seven other states:

  • Amenities of Dallas, TX is a digital front-door platform focused on patient acquisition and loyalty for large healthcare providers.
  • Aqueduct of New York City is focused on drastically reducing appointment no-shows through a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform that delivers personalized patient communication.
  • BatteryXchange of Charlotte, NC is revolutionizing engagement by enabling organizations to share information and resources with captive audiences through innovative sharing economy amenities.
  • Elucid Health of Allen, TX is a physician-driven healthcare solution that bridges gaps between payer and provider while integrating an advanced technology and expert coordination service team for optimized outcomes.
  • FlexTogether of Dana Point, CA is a telehealth practice accelerating the expansion of access to pulmonary rehabilitation for the 53 million chronic lung disease patients.
  • Jordan River Living of Dexter, MI empowers those over the age of 50 years to age in their own homes with holistic care, financial security, and personalized support.
  • LUMINARE of Houston, TX describes its mission as harnessing the power of artificial intelligence (AI) in clinical workflow to produce the best clinical and financial outcomes for healthcare organizations.
  • MultiplAI Health of Annapolis, MD is a preventive medicine company pioneering blood screening for cardiovascular and other complex diseases.
  • Sonic Blocks of Alexandria, VA is a modular health risk detection smart speaker that combines modular sensors, computer vision, and AI to collect and analyze vocal biomarkers to monitor physical, mental, behavioral, and neurodegenerative health.
  • Subflow, also of Alexandria, empowers organizations to engage and monetize any audience.
  • Ursamin of Fayetteville, NY that has developed a digital Care Coordination Platform to help patients living with multiple chronic illnesses get better outcomes by bringing care teams and patients together into one platform.

Participants in the InFlight program are:

  • Apple & Anchor helps small businesses stand out to their dream clients with all-inclusive branding and websites designed in weeks, not months.
  • Boutique Disposal Company is a full-service waste management company.
  • CITY NOW NEXT, described as a real estate digital media and networking events company.
  • Corsair Communications uses cutting edge social listening technology and first-class creative content to help campaigns and causes achieve their goals.
  • Design In House offers purchasing and support services for interior designers.
  • Flowmingo offers what it describes as a better booking, payment and donation software for U.S. and Kenya based wellness studios and festivals.
  • Global PMO Partners has developed innovative, scalable, and integrated project portfolio management solutions, proven to fuel sustainable growth and propel businesses forward.
  • Kindred Media is a video-first creative agency helping corporations amplify diverse voices within their organization.
  • Love + Freedom Education is offering transformational and leadership coaching, courses, and events.
  • MADKAT MGMT is a music management company with the mission to challenge creatives to make culture.
