MLP Ventures taking long-term view with its new massive life science facility in PA
MLP Ventures’ The Discovery Labs has big plans for a 1.6 million square foot former R&D facility that it acquired last year from GlaxoSmithKline. Located in King of Prussia, PA, the goal is to turn the space into “co-working” ecosystem for healthcare, life sciences and technology-enabled companies. More details on those plans were revealed recently by Brian O’Neill, Chief Executive Officer of MLP Ventures, and the report shows a view over the long-term that is required in the life science space.
