Michigan sets all sorts of tech transfer records in FY14
For those who count these sorts of things, FY14 was a record year for the University of Michigan’s technology transfer activities. The institution has reported 439 new inventions , up from last year’s 421; 148 option and license agreements compared to 108 agreements a year ago; and 14 start-ups which brought the number of new businesses launched in the last five years to 55.
