Memphis-based private equity firm names new Operating Partner
SSM Partners, a Memphis-based growth equity investment firm focused exclusively on software, services and healthcare, has announced that Jim Lackey has joined the firm as an Operating Partner. In that role, he will provide advice and consultation to the firm and its healthcare portfolio companies.
Lackey served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Passport Health Communications and Enablecomp, both SSM portfolio companies. Prior to Passport Health Communications, he held executive roles at Focus Health Management, Coventry Corporation and HealthAmerica. Lackey currently serves on the boards of Omnia Partners, HarmonyHIT, The Nashville Capital Network and Complete Holdings Group, parent of Enablecomp.
