Mason keynotes R&D 100 conference, awards announced tonight
With a region that has garnered as much visibility for innovation as we have recently, it is only fitting that the first keynote speech at this year’s “R&D 100 Awards and Technology Conference” was delivered by Thom Mason, Director of Oak Ridge National Laboratory. The two-day event started yesterday in Las Vegas, and this article summarizes the sessions.
As noted in a previous post, the region was well-represented among the finalists for the prestigious honor. The 100 winners will be announced at a gala tonight.
