Maryland Regents considering venture fund for start-ups
It’s still early in the planning stages, but members of the University System of Maryland’s Board of Regents want to establish a new venture capital fund to support start-ups and keep them from leaving the state as they grow. The proposed name is the Maryland Innovation Venture Capital Fund. We’ll post more details when they are available.
