Local VC notes similiarities between efforts at Yale and locally
Grady Vanderhoofven of Meritus Ventures passed along the article with a note that “Yale’s approach to start-ups via the Yale Entrepreneurial Institute is similar to approaches that are being utilized in this region today.” He also recalled that Jon Soderstrom, formerly of Oak Ridge National Laboratory, has served as Managing Director of Yale’s Office of Cooperative Research for more than a decade.
