Lighthouse Labs’ 10th cohort to have great diversity
Richmond, VA-based Lighthouse Labs, a seed stage accelerator, wanted its 10th cohort to be something special. To achieve the goal, the team rethought the application process and initiated additional founder outreach.
The result? An application pool that grew in size – 202 total – and diversity – three-fourths of the applicants included a Founder or Founders who identified as part of an underrepresented group.
The spring cohort begins March 15 and runs through June 4. Participants will be announced two weeks before the program starts.
