LifeSciTN’s “Ask the Experts” session set for Thursday at South College
Just a reminder that Life Science Tennessee’s “Ask the Experts” Knoxville event is scheduled for this Thursday, March 31, starting at 12 noon at South College, 400 Goody’s Lane. The event includes a tour of the College’s new School of Pharmacy labs that are being made available to help area start-ups.
There will also be a panel discussion about technology transfer and economic development. Panelists are:
- Jennifer Caldwell, Group Leader for Commercialization at Oak Ridge National Laboratory;
- Maha Krishnamurthy, Assistant Vice President of Licensing for the University of Tennessee Research Foundation; and
- Peter Brewer, an IP Attorney with Baker Donelson.
Jim Monsor, Director of Life Science Tennessee’s Statewide Mentor Network, will moderate the panel.
