Life Science Tennessee is holding its next “Ask the Experts” panel session on October 29 in Nashville. The topic is “Advice on Financing the Deal.”
Jim Monsor, Director of the association’s Statewide Mentor Network, will moderate the panel that features Hunter Rost, Partner, Waller Lansden Dortch & Davis, LLP; Brian Laden, Co-founder and Partner in TriStar Technology Ventures; and Glenn Perdue, Managing Member, Kraft Analytics, LLC.
Topics to be covered include financing options, sources of capital, deal structure and valuation.
