Let Her Lead ready for testing
Through the 12-week program, aspiring leaders will work on establishing a foundation of confidence, communication skills, and financial literacy while established leaders will grow their skillsets in empathetic leadership, active listening, and unconscious bias.
At the end of February, we posted this teknovation.biz article about Catherine Porth’s latest initiative named Let Her Lead.
At the time, she told us that she would be testing each of the four modules in the near future with small groups of participants. Now, Porth has announced that it’s time to begin the testing, and the Founder of Let Her Speak is accepting applications from those willing to help.
“This is a dual-cohort program that brings together aspiring women leaders and current leaders in a 12-week development program led by subject-matter experts and supported by mentors from the surrounding area & (the) Let Her Speak community,” she writes. “Throughout the 12 weeks, aspiring leaders will work on establishing a foundation of confidence, communication skills, and financial literacy while established leaders in the program will grow their skillsets in empathetic leadership, active listening, and unconscious bias.”
