Leskovjan joins UTRF as Licensing Assistant
Andreana Leskovjan has joined the University of Tennessee Research Foundation’s (UTRF) Knoxville office as a Licensing Assistant. According to an article in the organization’s latest newsletter, she will focus primarily on commercializing technologies developed in the College of Engineering in Knoxville.
Prior to joining UTRF, Leskovjan was a postdoctoral Research Associate studying Alzheimer’s disease in the Department of Neurological Surgery at Stony Brook University. During her graduate studies, she also worked extensively at the synchrotrons at Brookhaven and Argonne National Laboratories. Leskovjan holds a Ph.D. in Biomedical Engineering from Stony Brook and is also a registered Patent Agent with the United States Patent and Trademark Office.
