Launch Tennessee accepting applications from start-ups interested in summer interns
Launch Tennessee is accepting applications through November 15 from Tennessee-based start-ups and the state’s Entrepreneur Centers that want to host interns next summer.
The statewide non-profit will provide intern recruitment, applicant screening, onboarding support, and administrative assistance as well as sharing costs for the stipends that the interns receive. Start-ups interested in hosting interns will need to define a specific project or general scope of work, create a management plan, assign a supervisor, identify a mentor, and pay $2,000 of the $6,500 stipend.
Interns will work full-time for 12 or 13 weeks depending on their academic schedule.
Interested start-ups can apply at this link.
