One Knoxville company wins, another competing in InnoSTARS China event

One Knoxville company took away a prize, and another is preparing to compete after both won opportunities during a recent regional competition in Atlanta.

EDP Biotech won third place and a cash prize in the “InnoSTARS Competition Semi-Final for Biomedicine & Medical Device Group” event June 14-15 in Suzhou, China. Click here to read our recent article about that competition.

Now, DigiTrax Entertainment, Inc., the artificial intelligence-powered music technology company featured in this article from last week, is headed to the competition in Hangzhou, China.

“We will be pitching starting A.I. Studios in China with a Chinese partner,” Joe Vangieri, Chief Executive Officer of DigiTrax, told us. “We are very interested in setting-up studios for the creation of new music, specifically launching with hip-hop which is very popular in China.”
