
Knoxville company secures Emergency Use Authorization to develop COVID-19 test
A West Knoxville company headed by a University of Tennessee, Knoxville alumnus is distributing a test for people possibly infected by the coronavirus. The test, for which the U.S. Food and Drug Administration issued an Emergency Use Authorization on March 16, uses real-time polymerase chain reaction.
The company is Integrity Laboratories, headed by Chief Executive Officer Christian Clevenger who earned his executive MBA from the Haslam College of Business in 2012. Click here for more information from the College.
