Kim Denton joins UT CIS team
One of the region’s well-known economic development professionals has a new calling.
Kim Denton, who spent 15 years as President and Chief Executive Officer of the Oak Ridge Economic Partnership, has joined the staff of the University of Tennessee’s Center for Industrial Services (UT CIS) as an Economic Development Specialist. She shifted from the UT Office of Corporate and Foundation Engagement to UT CIS. Earlier in her career, Denton was with an organization named Tennessee’s Resource Valley that is now known as the East Tennessee Economic Development Agency.
