A Raleigh-based start-up named K4Connect believes artificial intelligence (AI) can help to improve the lives of seniors living in assisted living communities, especially during a pandemic. To achieve the goal, the company is conducting a Beta test this month for its K4Connect’s Staff Assistant. The device provides caregivers answers to a variety of questions about company policies and procedures, government regulations, and best practices from the latest medical reports and research.
