Jumpstart Foundry accepting applications for Fall funding cycle
Nashville-based Jumpstart Foundry is accepting applications for Fall 2022 funding.
Focused on companies that are “making something better in healthcare,” Jumpstart invests in strong, product-focused teams with innovative solutions focused on one or more of four areas: (1) healthcare information technology; (2) tech-enabled services; (3) diagnostic devices; and (4) consumer health products and services.
The terms for companies that are accepted are as follows: a $150,000 SAFE (simple agreement for future equity) with a $2,000,000 or $4,000,000 valuation cap in exchange for a one-time $50,000 membership fee for Jumpstart’s value-added services.
