The JumpFund announces “lunch and learn” during “Innov865 Week”

Jump FundSeveral of the women behind Chattanooga’s The JumpFund are coming to Knoxville next week for “Innov865 Week,” and we’re pleased to announce they are holding a special event.

Just ahead of “Start-up Day” on September 22, Kristina Montague, Managing Partner, says the fund with the tagline “women investing in women” is hosting a “lunch and learn.” The event is set for 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. in the offices of Burkhart & Company, Suite 1900 in the Riverview Tower, also known as the BB&T Bank Building.

“Since 2014, The JumpFund has invested in 18 women-led companies across the Southeast,” Montague says, noting one of those is Knoxville-based MomSource Network. Ironically, the start-up founded by Courtney Jones is one of three finalists for the “Traction Award” at “Start-up Day.”

The JumpFund has more than 50 women investors and wants interested women to attend the luncheon to learn more about their efforts.

To register by the September 20 deadline, send an email to Montague at kmontague@thejumpfund.com and note any dietary restrictions you might have.
