SSTI reports in its latest Weekly Digest on a number of new initiatives announced at the recent “Rural Opportunity Investment Conference” in Washington. SSTI noted that “these new funds present an opportunity for technology and innovation businesses that are geared toward one or more of the targeted areas mentioned.”
