Gary Human new Regional Director for ECD’s East Region
A long-time staff member of the Tennessee Department of Economic and Community Development (ECD) is now Regional Director for the East Regional Team.
Gary Human joined ECD in 2004 following stops with the East Tennessee Human Resources Agency, Roane Alliance, and Roane County Industrial Development Board. Prior to his appointment as Regional Director, the Tennessee Technological University graduate served as a Business Development Consultant in the region’s Knoxville office.
