Grow Bioplastics wins “Audience Choice Award” at Austin competition
Knoxville’s Grow Bioplastics won the “Audience Choice Award” in last week’s “SXSW Eco Start-up Showcase” held in Austin, TX.
Co-Founder Tony Bova says the start-up received the most votes among 48 competitors in six categories. Click here for a list of all the winners.
Next up, at least for now until another opportunity arises, are the finals in the “2017 Farm Bureau Rural Entrepreneurship Challenge.” As noted in this recent teknovation.biz post, that competition occurs in early January.
