Governor McDonnell launches new innovation, entrepreneurship measurement system
Like the old saying about the weather, there’s a good deal of talk about measuring innovation and entrepreneurship. Outgoing Virginia Governor Bob McDonnell has announced a way to do it. The name is the Commonwealth Innovation and Entrepreneurship Measurement System.
