GM Ventures invests in new steel company
GM Ventures LLC, the venture arm of General Motors, has joined lead shareholders EnerTech Capital and Fairhaven Capital Partners and five existing investors to complete the Series C financing round for NanoSteel Co. that has created a new class of thinner, higher strength-gauged steel.
