Funding being sought for assessment of rural entrepreneurial hub in Northeast TN
Armed with a $35,000 commitment from the City of Kingsport, a Northeast Tennessee partnership has asked the City of Johnson City for a similar amount to launch an effort focused on making the region a hub for rural entrepreneurship.
