Four interesting meet-ups on the calendar for next week in Knoxville

Looking for a networking opportunity next week in Knoxville? If so, there’s something different for four consecutive days starting Monday, a true sign of a more activity community for business leaders. The events range from a program focused on business with China to cybersecurity, the impact of technologies on healthcare, and starting a business.

  • The TN-China Networkand the University of Tennessee, Knoxville are holding a “China Town Hall” from 5:45 to 7:45 p.m. Monday, November 18, in Room 377A (Executive Dining Room) of the new Student Union on campus.   • On Tuesday, November 19, the East Tennessee Economic Council is joining with Ts117 Coworking for an “After Hours” program on the impact of data analytics and artificial intelligence on healthcare.   • Wednesday, November 20 brings the Knoxville Technology Council’s “lunch and learn” on cybersecurity in the cloud.   • The last event is the latest “Bunker Brews Knoxville” meet-up set for 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. November 21 at Blackhorse Brew & Pub, 430 South Gay Street. The event will feature John Cressman, Tennessee’s Small Business Advocate. Register here.
