Four EC-connected start-ups among 76 winners of Google funding

The Nashville Entrepreneur Center is celebrating four of its entrepreneurs who are among 76 founders nationally to receive financial awards from the “Google for Startups Black Founders Fund” this month. The recipients are:

  • Shani Dowell, Founder of Possip, a 2018 InFlight alum and Twende Entrepreneur-in-Residence;
  • Jarrett Hines, Co-Founder of Music Tech Works, a 2019 Project Music alum;
  • Marcus Blackwell, Founder of Make Music Count LLC, a 2020 Project Music participant; and
  • Roy Scott, Founder of Healthy Hip Hop, another 2020 Project Music participant.
