Fiveworx names VP of Customer Success
Knoxville-based Fiveworx, the start-up that helps utilities increase participation in their energy efficiency programs while reducing marketing costs, is growing.
Yesterday, the software-as-a-service company announced the appointment of a Vice President of Customer Success. Filling the new position is Laura Orfanedes, a 20-year veteran of helping consumers, businesses, and public organizations change their behavior about energy efficiency, water conservation and technology.
