Five finalists named for Chattanooga’s COTY Award, public voting underway

The five finalists for Chattanooga’s third annual “COTY (Changemaker of the Year) Award” have been announced.

Sponsored by Causeway, a non-profit social innovation studio that exists to help people solve the city’s toughest challenges, the award is designed to recognize a person who uses her or his entrepreneurial mind for good, “rolling up their sleeves, working tirelessly in their neighborhoods and communities to create the change they want to see, whether that is through a non-profit, a business, or a community project.”

This year’s finalists are Roenesha Anderson, Ann-Marie Fitzsimmons and Niki Keck (joint nomination), Ricardo Morris, Galen Riley, and Iunike Stevens. The final winner will be chosen through a public vote and named during the “Chattanooga Startup Awards” event that begins at 7 p.m. October 24 at Miller Plaza.

More information on each of the finalists and a link to voting can be found here.
