DESCRIPTION:About the event\nJoin us for the Fusion Safety and Regulation Course\, immediately before the East Tennessee Economic Council’s Nuclear Opportunities Workshop in Knoxville\, Tennessee. \nThis course brings together the world’s leading experts shaping the future of fusion energy around the world. As private fusion companies move toward pilot plant development\, conversations around fusion device safety and the regulatory environment for an emerging commercial fusion industry are taking center stage. Participants will learn about key safety considerations for fusion devices\, the regulations that apply to planned fusion facilities\, and how other industries develop safety cultures.
