Nashville’s $72.1B healthcare ecosystem\, with 900-plus companies\, provides the backdrop for this kind of innovation. \nNashville-area AgeTech startup SpendCare\, winner of last year’s pitch competition\, developed a flexible spending card platform for PACE programs\, caregivers\, and families. Their growth reflects a broader shift in the industry\, with AgeTech expanding beyond consumer longevity products into the infrastructure that supports care delivery\, benefits administration\, and aging-in-place.

Taking place Wednesday\, Sept. 16 from 11:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. at Brooklyn Bowl Nashville\, it’s designed to connect Tennessee’s top talent with innovative startups\, fast-growing companies\, and industry-leading employers from across the state. \nThis isn’t your typical career fair. Expect a relaxed social environment built for real conversations and meaningful connections. Think high top tables instead of trade show booths\, brunch bites and drinks instead of stale convention center coffee\, and easy\, approachable conversations with innovators and bold thinkers looking for jobs with companies that matter. \nThe Job Fair is open to both 3686 badge holders as well as non-badge holders. DESCRIPTION:Vol Court is an experiential learning program and idea pitch competition designed to help student entrepreneurs develop a clear\, confident elevator pitch through on-demand learning modules and a series of interactive events. \nThe program begins with a sign-up and feedback session\, where students practice their ideas and receive early input. Participants then take on the role of judge during Smokey’s Den\, a reverse pitch event where local business leaders present real-world ideas for students to evaluate. \nThe experience concludes with pitch night\, where students pitch their concepts to a panel of judges\, receive feedback and compete for a share of the $3\,000 Roe Prize.
