Tech Goes Home Tennessee, a program of The Enterprise Center in Chattanooga, partners with schools, public libraries, churches, nonprofits, and other organizations across Southeast Tennessee to offer free computer classes to help residents develop the skills and access necessary for technology and Internet use.
