On Saturday, May 2, 2026, we’re bringing together 200+ young professionals, students, entrepreneurs, and community leaders for a powerful one-day conference at the University of Tennessee Conference Center attendees will experience a full day of programming built to help them grow, connect, and lead with purpose.

The Knoxville Area Urban League Young Professionals (KAULYP) are back for the 3rd Annual KAULed to Lead Conference.

In 2025, we talked about the “Power Pivot.” In 2026, we’re activating that power by Leading Where We Stand because leadership doesn’t require a title, permission, or position. This one-day intensive equips young professionals with the social capital, mental resilience, and technical skills to lead from wherever they are, strengthening their communities and influencing Knoxville’s evolving economy.
